GRAPES: Garganega with a small percentage of the aromatic grapes, Moscato and Trebbiano.
VINEYARD LOCATIONS: Fondo San Colombano and Castello. The average altitude of the parcels is 220 m a.s.l.
TRAINING SYSTEM: pergola (arbour) and espalier.
HARVEST: from mid-September.
PARTIAL DRYING: the grapes undergo a brief period of partial drying for about 10 days in a humidity-controlled facility, resulting in an average weight loss of 10 – 15%.
AGEING: in stainless steel tanks.TASTING NOTESE: bright golden yellow with grey and tawny higlights. The nose offers notes of white flowers including hawthorn, white and green pepper, mint, citrus, and mandarin and orange peel, closing with hints of graphite and flint. The palate is savoury-tangy and mineral, initially creamy and acidic with a satisfying initial structure. The acidity helps to subdue the alcohol, yielding a wine with a fine balance and an enjoyable drinking style.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Veronese pergola (arbour) and espalier with guyot pruning.
HARVEST: from the second half of September.
PARTIAL DRYING: until March, resulting in an average weight loss of 70 – 75%.
AGEING: in French oak barriques.TASTING NOTES: golden yellow with copper tones. The nose is characterized by aromas of dried apricot, honey, white pepper, almond husk, caramel that are subsequently discovered on the palate. Marked savoury-tanginess and minerality dominated by sweetness. A creamy wine with an intense aromatic persistence, and burnt caramel on the finish that somewhat offsets the sweetness of the wine.

HARVEST: from the second half of September.
PARTIAL DRYING:from September to the end of January in a humidity-controlled drying lofts.
AGEING: in French oak barriques.TASTING NOTES: intense and shiny coppery-gold in colour. Dried apricot, almond husk, black pepper, nutmeg and honey on the nose. The palate is sweet and creamy. A well-balanced wine with enough acidity to offset the alcoholic content. Interesting minerality and savoury-tangy flavour. A long and aromatic finale with honey on the finish.
