Grappa di Amarone “Cereolo“
VINEYARD LOCATION: Fondo Cereolo di Sopra and Monte Tenda. The average altitude of the parcels ranges from 160 to 250 m a.s.l.
DISTILLATION: after collecting the marc used to produce Amarone, it is lightly pressed. The marc is then immediately distilled via the discontinuous method at low pressure.TASTING NOTES: distilling at low pressure, via the discontinuous method, preserves the aromas and the fragrances of the original grapes, yielding a grappa with a persistence that recalls blackberries and a finish reminiscent of almonds.

Grappa di Amarone GIU.RA
VINEYARD LOCATION: Fondo San Colombano and Castello. The average altitude of the parcels is 270 m a.s.l.
DISTILLATION: after collecting the marc used to produce Amarone, it is lightly pressed. The pomace is subsequently distilled in bagnomaria steam pot still in a discontinuous low pressure. Grappa is bottled at the production grade.TASTING NOTES: thanks to the low pressure distillation with discontiuous method, it is possible to extract excellent perfumes and aromas, with hints of vanilla. The scent is fine and decisive, with a pleasantly enveloping taste, harmonious and persistent on the palate.
