VINEYARD LOCATION: Fondo San Colombano and Castello. The average altitude of the parcels is 270 m a.s.l.
DISTILLATION: after collecting the marc used to produce Amarone, it is lightly pressed. The pomace is subsequently distilled in “bagnomaria” steam pot still in a discontinuous low pressure. Grappa is bottled at the production grade.
TASTING NOTES: thanks to the low pressure distillation with discontinuous method, it is possible to extract excellent perfumes and aromas, with hints of vanilla. The scent is fine and decisive, with a pleasantly enveloping taste, harmonious and persistent on the palate.
