TASTING NOTES:
bright golden yellow with grey and tawny highlights. The nose offers notes of white flowers including hawthorn, white and green pepper, mint, citrus, and mandarin and orange peel, closing with hints of graphite and flint. The palate is savoury-tangy and mineral, initially creamy and acidic with a satisfying initial structure. The acidity helps to subdue the alcohol, yielding a wine with a fine balance and an enjoyable drinking style.
